To obtain your PVSA please follow the below instructions:

Calculate how many hours you can count towards the PVSA.
We only count active tutoring hours, certification hours (1 hour per certification), and training hours (1 hour for UPchieve 101 training and 1 hour per monthly coach meeting attended) due to the award's national recognition.
Elapsed availability will not be counted for the PVSA.
Once you have completed the minimum number of hours, fill out this form to submit your request for an award.
12 months start from when you had your first session.
Processing these requests typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.

I have completed volunteer hours with another PVSA-certified organization. Can I include these hours in my PVSA request to UPchieve?
No. We only process requests for volunteer hours completed specifically with UPchieve.
