After each tutoring session, you can receive direct messages (DMs) from your Coach on UPchieve! These messages can include extra resources, words of encouragement, and practice problems. Rest assured, all communications are monitored to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

How it Works
After Your Session, your Coach may send you a message with helpful tips or encouragement
You’ll receive an email letting you know there's a message waiting for you on UPchieve
Click the link in your email

On the Session Recap page, view your Coach’s message in Session Chat
Reply to the message
Your Coach will receive an email with a link to view your reply in UPchieve
