Reminder: You cannot email coaches
To protect everyone's safety, contacting coaches directly outside the UPchieve platform is not allowed.
While you can't directly schedule with the same coach, there are ways to increase your chances of working with them again:
Ask your coach directly: If you know when you'd like to meet again, politely ask your coach if they're available at that time.
Favorite your coach: This lets UPchieve know you'd like to work with them again if they're available for your next request.
After your session, there's a feedback form where you can "favorite" your coach.
You can also favorite a coach by going to Session History, locating their name, and clicking the heart.
