To make a request for a tutoring or college counseling session, follow the steps below.
Make sure you're on the dashboard
Log in with your student account. Go to https://app.upchieve.org/dashboard.
Find the right discipline
(Sometimes we call this the "topic.")
We offer many subjects! We organize them by the discipline they are usually part of at your school. If you're looking for help in Geometry, look under Math.
Find the right subject
(Optionally, you can do this after you Start a chat.)
You may use the drop-down provided to select the class or subject you need help with. For some classes, we break this down even more to the concepts (or "subjects") you're learning or working on.
