You don’t have the subject I need. Are you planning on launching it soon?
If we offer a similar subject, you can ask for help in that area, and the coach may be able to help you (for example, if we offer Physics 1, but you need help with Physics 2).
You can also suggest which subjects we should add next. We'll notify all registered students when a new subject is available, so watch for our emails.
Can I ask for help in a subject you don't offer?
Our coaches are trained to tutor only in the subjects listed on our platform. Asking for help in subjects we don't cover means our coaches may not have the necessary knowledge.
This also means they won't have as much time to help students in the subjects they are certified to tutor.
I don't speak English. Can I get help in other languages?
Currently, we only offer tutoring in English, but you can try using Google Translate during your session. Check out this doc for more info.
